To evaluate a development stage, the TRL scale created by NASA and widely used in the field of technological development and innovation will be used. Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) represent various stages of a startup’s development, from research to commercial implementation. The scale typically ranges from 1 to 9:
1–3: Formulation of the concept and initial experimental studies
4: Laboratory tests and a more detailed analysis of the concept
5–7: Technology development and demonstration in an operating environment
8–9: Technology is ready or implemented
Startups with a TRL of 6 or lower are eligible to apply for the Startup package. The rest will be offered the opportunity to purchase an API in accordance with the current tariffs.
The financial stage will be determined based on the generally accepted scale of investment rounds. Startups that are neither public nor acquired are welcome to apply for the Startup package.
